Candles with water slide - Instructions
1. Stamp with the StazOn stamp pad on the foil or design your motif on your computer (eg Silhouette Studio) in the desired size. Or print the design with your laser printer. Please print on the shiny side (the other is rough.) If you work with the plotter use the Print & Cut function. For mugs, it is recommended to design a sleeve.
2. Cut out the stamped design or your printout by hand or have it cut by the plotter.
3. Place the cut out foil in warm water in a shallow container (approx. 30 seconds to 2 minutes). It will initially roll up a little. Wait until it is flat again. The paper must be well saturated.
4. Position the motif on the desired surface. We recommend that you do not remove the entire backing sheet at once, but carefully peel it off piece by piece. If you are right-handed, start on the right. Use a soft foam or rubber to gently smooth out any bubbles or wrinkles. For smaller motifs, you can also correct with damp fingers. Now carefully pat the motif dry with a soft cloth.
5. After drying, you can seal with clear varnish if desired.
6. Should you make a cup, glass or plate, you can put it in the oven at 110 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes after 10 minutes drying time.
