Shipping and Terms of Payment

Orders over CHF 130.00 are shipped free of charge. 

Customers who do not enter their delivery address correctly, and the package is returned to us, will have to pay the additional costs of CHF 20.00

If an order is cancelled due to unpaid prepayment, we demand a minimum handling fee of CHF 20.00 or 15% of the order value, whichever is higher.

We do not ship abroad.

Pre payment

You can pay by online banking or by payment slip. Also with PayPal, VISA, Mastercard, Postcard and PostFinance e-finance.

Bank transfer

The information for transfer via online banking will be sent to you by e-mail after the order on mondays and thursdays.

As soon as we receive the payment we will send you your order.

Loss / damage / right of return

Incomplete deliveries or shipments damaged during transport must be reported to us immediately after receipt of the goods by telephone or e-mail.

An exchange of the goods is possible only after previous agreement, within one week, only unopened in original packaging and in perfect and unused condition.

Costs for returns are at the expense of the customer. Color deviations are possible.  

Purchase contract

By sending the order a binding contract between the seller Big Time Stempel GmbH and the customer takes place, which is indicated on the e-mail order as the sender. If articles are out of stock and not available, the seller cannot be held liable for them, there is no claim for replacement. 

Prices
The prices listed in the internet shop and on the order confirmation (incl. VAT) apply. The prices can be adjusted in the Internet shop at any time.

Payment reminder charges
When we have to send a second payment reminder, a CHF 10.00 charge will be due. With the 3rd reminder, a reminder fee of CHF 20.00 is due.

 Data protection
Your data will only be used by Big Time Stempel GmbH to process your order, and by Google analytics to help us improve our web site. We will never sell your information to third parties. We hate spams.

 Jurisdiction
Place of jurisdiction is CH-Dübendorf. All legal questions are subject to Swiss law. In the event of contradictions, the German version of the General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
