Shipping and Terms of Payment

Orders over CHF 130.00 are shipped free of charge (except for heat press machines and Silhouette Cameo cutting machines.

Minimum order amount is CHF 15.00 (value of goods).

We deliver 2x weekly (Monday and Thursday) throughout Switzerland and Liechtenstein with the Swiss Post at a flat rate of CHF 10.50 A-Post priority + CHF 9.00 B-Post economy. 

If your order can be sent by standard letter, the shipping costs are reduced by CHF 3.60.

For payments by credit card/PayPal, we will refund the amount of CHF 3.60 in stamps. For orders paid by invoice, the amount will be adjusted. In this case, shipping insurance from the post office does not apply! If the envelope is lost, the invoice amount is still due and we accept no liability. If you would like insurance, you can indicate this during the ordering process. The shipping costs will then be the full CHF 10.50 or 9.00

We reserve the right to change our prices after the sale (only if we made a mistake)

Customers who do not enter their delivery address correctly, and the package is returned to us, will have to pay the additional costs of CHF 20.-

If an order is cancelled due to unpaid prepayment, we demand a minimum handling fee of CHF 20.00 or 15% of the order value, whichever is higher.

If an order is undeliverable by the Post due to an incorrect or incomplete addresse, the customer is responsible for the return postage to us,  as well as the new postage if we can send the package with the correct addres. 

We do not ship abroad.

Pre payment

You can pay by online banking or by payment slip. Also with PayPal, VISA, Mastercard, Postcard and PostFinance e-finance.

Bank transfer

The payment information and the QR code / payment slip for the transfer by online banking or payment slip will be sent to you by email after the manual processing of the order, within 1-3 working days.

Customers who do not give their delivery address correctly will have to pay the resulting additional costs of Fr. 15.00

As soon as we receive the payment we will send you your order.

Loss / damage / right of return

Incomplete deliveries or shipments damaged during transport must be reported to us after receipt of the goods by telephone or e-mail.

An exchange of the goods is possible only after previous agreement, within 30 days, only unopened original packaging and in perfect and unused condition (unless of course the is a defect).

Costs for returns are at the expense of the customer. Color deviations are possible.

Purchase contract

By sending the order a binding contract between the seller Big Time Stempel GmbH and the customer takes place, which is indicated on the e-mail order as the sender. If articles are out of stock and not available, the seller cannot be held liable for them, there is no claim for replacement.

Non payment of a pre pay order:

If an order is canceled due to non-payment in advance, we charge a minimum handling fee of CHF 20.00 or 10% of the order value, whichever is higher.

Prices

The prices listed in the internet shop and on the order confirmation (incl. VAT) apply. The prices can be adjusted in the Internet shop at any time.

Data protection

Your data will only be used by Big Time Stempel GmbH to process your order, and by Google analytics to help us improve our web site.  We will never sell your information to third parties. We hate Spams.

Jurisdiction

Place of jurisdiction is CH-Dübendorf. All legal relationships are subject to Swiss law. In the event of contradictions, the German version of the General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
