Siser Stripflock Pro

Flocked heat transfer foil has a velvety fuzzy surface.

Our high quality Siser Flock plotter foils are easy to cut with the Silhouette Cameo and other cutting plotters. These flock foils are suitable for cotton, polyester and blended fabrics.

You can load the flex foil directly into your Silhouette Cameo cutting machine without using a cutting mat. Also, no transfer tape is needed as it also has it's own transfer liner. If you cut the flock foil with a cutting plotter, please note that the motif must be mirrored before hand. The foil is placed on the cutting mat so that the glossy side of the flock foil (heat-resistant carrier foil) is at the bottom.
The width of our flock foils fits exactly in the Cameo 4, Cricut and other hobby plotters. No unnecessary leftovers.

For many years, Siser Stripflock® Pro has been one of the best known flock heat transfer films for cotton, polyester and blended fabrics. Siser Stripflock® Pro Flock Film can be easily processed with all commercially available cutting plotters.

Pressing temperature: 155°C

Time: 15 seconds

Pressure: medium (3-4 bar)

Washing:
Wash at max 60°C . Please wait for 24 hours after pressing before washing. Do not use chlorine bleach or aggressive chemical agents.

Dry cleaning: no

Tumble dryer: inside out (Better if you air dry)

The flock foil has a very evenly structured, velvety soft surface. Siser Stripflock Pro® flock foil is suitable for multi-layer applications, but may only be used as the top layer. Due to the variety of colors, fancy designs can also be created in combination with flex films (for example in a multi-layer process). Stripflock® Pro flock foil is widely used in international league sports. After pressing and washing, it is exceptionally soft.

The product is compatible with REACH and certified according to Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Class I and VeganOK.

We recommend storing the film flat.

Cut the film mirror-inverted with the cutting plotter (not through the carrier).

Weeding:

• Prepress textile for about 2-3 sec (at full pressing temperature).
• Place on the textile together with the polyester carrier film.
• Press on or iron on.
• Remove the polyester carrier film warm.

When using an iron, make sure the surface is hard (not an ironing board!). Press the design with pressure for 15 seconds, do not move back and forth as with normal ironing. With the steam iron, it has holes for the steam to escape. Note that with these holes you will not reach the required temperature or pressure (iron must be moved accordingly). Iron without steam! Often the temperature of an iron is not regularly distributed and stable. This can lead to poor results. But we have many happy customers who only use an iron!
