Product information POLI-FLEX TURBO flex film

POLI-FLEX TURBO is a high-quality PU flex film with a particularly short pressing time. It is suitable for transfer to cotton, polyester (non-resublimating) and their blended fabrics.

If your material only allows a short pressing time or if requires a lower pressing temperature, it's the right choice for many sensitive materials.

POLI-FLEX TURBO can be cut with all hobby plotters.

Important: POLI-FLEX TURBO is not suitable for polyester fabrics that have been dyed with sublimation pigments. In the case of particularly smooth or non-absorbent textiles, the contact pressure may have to be reduced.

Tests with original materials are strongly recommended.

Since the film has an adhesive backing, no transfer film / transfer foil is necessary.

This turbo flex series can be pressed on top of each other. With the exception of the METALLIC, BRIGHT and NEON colors. And it also has a good stretchability.

Material: Polyurethane, 95 µ

The raw materials used are ecologically safe and free of PVC, plasticizers and heavy metals (certified according to OekoTex® Standard 100 product class 1).

• Pre-pressing: 2 to 3 seconds at full pressing temperature
• Pressing temperature and time: 130°C = 5 sec. / 150°C = 4 sec. / 160°C = 3 sec.
• Pressure: medium (2.5 - 3 bar)
• Peeling of the carrier film: warm
• Washing resistance: Wash at max. 60°C 24 hours after pressing at the earliest. Do not use chlorine bleach or aggressive chemical agents.
